Delete your Shema account

Shema: Sermon Notes & Bible, by Kola Systems, on iPhone and Android.

In the app

Open the Home tab, tap the gear, then Account → Delete account → Delete. It happens straight away.

Without the app

Email support@shemaai.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my Shema account". We'll reply to confirm, and delete it within 30 days.

What's deleted

Your recordings; your sermon notes with their transcripts, summaries and flashcards; your prayer journal and chat backups; your verse notes and highlights; your reading history and plans; your name and email; and every sermon-note page you shared.

What stays

Study and devotional pages you shared aren't tied to your account, so send us their links and we'll take them down.
Feedback you sent us stays until you ask us to delete it.
Apple or Google, and RevenueCat, keep the record of any purchase, as their record of the sale.
Anything still on your phone stays there until you delete the app.
